A crisp, fruity, and refreshing non-alcoholic rosé sangria punch perfect for parties and any occasion. This easy recipe combines rosé-flavored sparkling water, fresh fruits, and natural juices for a light and festive beverage.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 liter (34 fl oz) rosé-flavored sparkling water (e.g., La Croix or Perrier)
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) unsweetened white grape juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 medium orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 small lemon, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves, gently bruised (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • Ice cubes or frozen fruit for chilling

Instructions

  1. Rinse the strawberries, grapes, orange, and lemon thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and thinly slice the orange and lemon (about 10 minutes).
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, add the sliced strawberries and bruised mint leaves. Gently muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon to release their juice and aroma without crushing them into mush.
  3. Add the orange and lemon slices along with the halved grapes. Stir gently to combine the flavors.
  4. Pour in 2 cups (16 fl oz) of white grape juice to add natural sweetness and body.
  5. Drizzle in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup, depending on your sweetness preference. Stir gently to dissolve the sweetener.
  6. Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  7. Just before serving, pour in 1 liter (34 fl oz) of rosé-flavored sparkling water. Add ice cubes or frozen fruit to keep the punch chilled without diluting it.
  8. Give the punch a final gentle stir, then ladle into glasses, ensuring each serving includes some fresh fruit. Garnish with extra mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Muddle fruit gently to avoid cloudiness and mushy texture. Let the punch rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors. Add sparkling water just before serving to preserve bubbles. Frozen fruit cubes help chill without watering down the punch. Variations include swapping fruits seasonally or using different herbs like basil or rosemary.
