A bright and colorful blue raspberry lemonade punch perfect for Fourth of July and summer gatherings, balancing sweet and tart flavors with a refreshing fizz.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) blue raspberry syrup (recommend Torani brand)
  • 16 oz (473 ml) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 liter sparkling water, chilled (plain or lemon-flavored)
  • Juice of 2 medium fresh lemons (about 1/4 cup or 60 ml)
  • Fresh blueberries, for garnish
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen lemonade concentrate until pourable but still cold, about 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Roll the lemons on the counter and juice them to extract about 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In a large punch bowl, combine 1 cup (240 ml) blue raspberry syrup with the thawed lemonade concentrate. Stir gently to blend.
  4. Add the fresh lemon juice to the punch bowl and stir again to brighten and balance the sweetness.
  5. Slowly add 1 liter of chilled sparkling water to the punch bowl, stirring gently to maintain fizz.
  6. Add plenty of ice cubes, then toss in fresh blueberries, raspberries, and sprigs of mint for garnish and subtle flavor infusion.
  7. Give the punch a final gentle stir and ladle into glasses, ensuring each serving has berries and a mint sprig.

Notes

Prepare the syrup, lemonade, and lemon juice base ahead and refrigerate. Add sparkling water, ice, and garnishes just before serving to keep fizz fresh. Use large ice cubes or spheres to prevent quick dilution. Avoid over-stirring after adding ice to maintain fizz. Fresh lemon juice is key to balancing sweetness.
