A simple, refreshing pink lemonade rosé sangria with fresh strawberries that’s perfect for summer gatherings. This easy-to-make drink combines tart lemonade, delicate rosé, and juicy strawberries for a crowd-pleasing beverage.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 750 ml dry, light-bodied rosé wine (chilled)
  • 4 cups (960 ml) pink lemonade (freshly made or store-bought)
  • 1 cup (150 grams) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup (240 ml) club soda or sparkling water (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Rinse the strawberries, remove stems, and slice thinly. Slice the lemon into thin rounds, removing any seeds.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour the chilled rosé wine and pink lemonade. Gently stir to blend flavors without losing bubbles if using sparkling lemonade.
  3. Add the sliced strawberries and lemon rounds to the pitcher. Stir gently to distribute the fruit evenly without crushing.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 2-3 hours, to let flavors infuse and deepen.
  5. Just before serving, add fresh mint leaves and pour in club soda or sparkling water if desired. Stir lightly to combine.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and ladle the sangria over. Ensure each glass has some strawberry pieces and a lemon slice for garnish.

Notes

Use a dry, light-bodied rosé to keep the drink crisp and refreshing. Thinly slice fruit for better flavor infusion. Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz. Chill for at least 1 hour, preferably 2-3 hours, for best flavor. Adjust sweetness by choosing sugar-free lemonade or reducing lemonade amount. Frozen strawberries can be used if fresh are unavailable; thaw slightly before adding. Avoid too much ice to prevent dilution.
