A vibrant and refreshing sparkling berry punch that’s perfect for any celebration. Sweet, tangy, and customizable for kids or adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda)
  • A small handful of mint leaves for garnish
  • Thinly sliced lemon and orange slices
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry fresh berries thoroughly. If using frozen berries, rinse to remove ice crystals.
  2. Thinly slice lemons and oranges evenly for presentation.
  3. Prepare simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, then cool completely.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and orange juice. Stir well.
  5. Add cooled simple syrup to the pitcher and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Gently stir in mixed berries, lemon slices, and orange slices.
  7. Slowly pour in sparkling water to avoid losing fizz. Stir gently to combine.
  8. Add ice cubes to the pitcher to keep the punch chilled. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve in clear glasses.
