This sparkling champagne punch is the ultimate crowd-pleaser, combining crisp champagne, fresh fruit, and a hint of citrus for a light and refreshing drink perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of dry or semi-dry champagne (750ml)
  • 2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups club soda
  • 1 orange, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill your champagne, juices, and club soda thoroughly.
  2. Slice oranges into thin rounds. Wash and slice strawberries, and rinse raspberries and mint leaves. Set them aside.
  3. In a large punch bowl, pour in the orange juice and pineapple juice. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Slowly pour the champagne into the bowl to preserve its bubbles. Stir lightly to mix with the juices.
  5. Add the club soda for extra fizz. Stir gently to avoid losing carbonation.
  6. Float the sliced oranges, strawberries, and raspberries on top. Sprinkle a few mint leaves for added flavor and color.
  7. Add ice cubes to keep the punch chilled. For a prettier presentation, use large ice cubes or an ice ring with frozen fruit inside.
  8. Ladle the punch into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

[‘Choose a dry champagne to balance the sweetness of the juices.’, ‘Refrigerate all ingredients beforehand to ensure the punch is served cold.’, ‘Add garnishes just before serving for a fresh and vibrant look.’, ‘Keep extra champagne and club soda on hand for refills during the party.’, ‘Avoid over-stirring to maintain the fizz.’]
