A light, bubbly, and refreshing sparkling fruit punch perfect for summer parties and gatherings. Made with fresh fruit, citrus juices, and sparkling water, it’s an easy crowd-pleaser that comes together in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned in juice)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 cups orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed or high-quality store-bought
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 cups chilled sparkling mineral water or soda water
  • 12 tablespoons simple syrup or honey (optional)
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes or an ice ring with embedded fruit

Instructions

  1. Rinse all fresh fruit thoroughly. Hull and slice strawberries, cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks, and halve grapes. Thinly slice the orange and lime into rounds.
  2. Using a citrus juicer, extract fresh lemon and lime juice.
  3. In your punch bowl or dispenser, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and optional sweetener. Stir gently to blend.
  4. Drop in the prepared fruit and gently stir to infuse flavors.
  5. Keep the punch base chilled in the fridge if possible. Right before guests arrive, pour in the chilled sparkling water and gently stir once to mix.
  6. Add fresh mint leaves on top and a few extra fruit slices for garnish. Serve over ice or with an ice ring.

Notes

Add sparkling water just before serving to keep the fizz lively. Use fresh citrus juice for best flavor. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup or honey to taste. Use large ice cubes or ice rings with fruit to prevent dilution. Chill all ingredients beforehand for best results.
