A quick and easy frozen sangria slush blending blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, dry white wine, citrus, and a touch of sweetness for a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc recommended)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed if possible
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 23 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. If using fresh berries, rinse gently and pat dry. If frozen, no need to thaw.
  2. In a blender, combine blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, 1 cup white wine, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup; adjust sweetness after blending if needed.
  4. Pulse on high for 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides as needed until thick and slushy but pourable. Add more wine or orange juice if too thick.
  5. Pour in sparkling water or club soda and pulse briefly to combine without losing fizz.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as desired. For frostier texture, add ice cubes and pulse again.
  7. Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves or whole berries.

Notes

Use frozen berries for a frostier texture without adding ice. Add sparkling water last and pulse briefly to keep fizz. Adjust sweetness carefully to avoid overpowering the tartness. Can prep berry and wine base ahead and freeze; add sparkling water and sweetener before serving.
