A quick and easy green punch perfect for spooky celebrations, combining lime sherbet, limeade concentrate, pineapple juice, and lemon-lime soda for a tangy, fizzy treat that delights kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 quart lime sherbet (about 4 cups or 950 ml)
  • 1 can (6 oz / 170 g) frozen limeade concentrate
  • 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7-Up)
  • Green food coloring (a few drops, optional)
  • Gummy worms or Halloween-themed candy (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Scoop about 1 quart (4 cups or 950 ml) of lime sherbet into a large glass punch bowl.
  2. Pour 1 can (6 oz / 170 g) of frozen limeade concentrate over the sherbet.
  3. Add 2 cups (480 ml) of pineapple juice.
  4. Gently stir with a long-handled spoon or ladle to combine without breaking down the sherbet too much.
  5. Slowly pour 2 liters of chilled lemon-lime soda into the punch bowl to add fizz.
  6. Optionally, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir gently for a more vibrant green color.
  7. Garnish with gummy worms, candy eyeballs, plastic spiders, lime slices, or fresh mint leaves as desired.
  8. Serve immediately or keep chilled in the refrigerator. Add ice cubes or an ice ring to keep cool longer during the party.

Notes

Keep ingredients cold to maintain refreshing temperature and fizz. Add soda last to prevent overflow. Stir gently to preserve sherbet texture. For dairy-free version, substitute lime sherbet with lime sorbet or non-dairy frozen dessert. Can be spiked with alcohol for adults. Mix juice and limeade concentrate a day ahead and add sherbet and soda just before serving.
