S’mores Iced Mocha Magic

A decadent iced coffee treat that combines bold espresso, creamy milk, chocolate syrup, marshmallow fluff, and graham cracker crumbs for a nostalgic s’mores flavor—perfect for summer afternoons or dessert-inspired pick-me-ups.

  • 2 shots espresso or 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup whole milk (or non-dairy milk alternative)
  • 23 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 12 tablespoons marshmallow fluff (plus extra for rimming glass)
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee or pull two shots of espresso. Let cool for a minute.
  2. Rim the edge of a tall glass with marshmallow fluff, then dip into graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Fill the glass halfway or full with ice cubes.
  4. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup into the glass and swirl to coat the sides.
  5. Add the cooled coffee or espresso and stir well to mix with the chocolate.
  6. Slowly pour in 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (or milk alternative) over the coffee. Stir gently if desired.
  7. Spoon a generous dollop of marshmallow fluff on top. Toast with a kitchen torch if desired.
  8. Add whipped cream, sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs, and drizzle extra chocolate syrup.
  9. Garnish with mini marshmallows or a dash of vanilla extract if desired.

Notes

For a vegan or dairy-free version, use non-dairy milk and vegan marshmallow fluff. Toast marshmallow fluff for extra s’mores flavor. Prep glasses and toppings ahead for parties. Adjust sweetness by varying chocolate syrup and marshmallow fluff.
