- 1 small puff (about 10g) classic pink cotton candy
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup (optional)
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Ice cubes (large)
Instructions
- Chill your highball or Collins glass in the fridge or freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Fill the chilled glass about three-quarters full with large ice cubes.
- Measure and pour 2 oz (60 ml) vodka over the ice.
- Add 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice to the glass.
- If desired, add 0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup and stir gently to combine.
- Slowly pour 12 oz (355 ml) sparkling lemonade over the mixture to preserve bubbles.
- Gently place a small puff of cotton candy on top of the drink and watch it dissolve.
- Garnish with a thin lemon slice on the rim or floated on top.
- Serve immediately with a straw or stir stick for guests to mix as they sip.

Add cotton candy just before serving to preserve the fizz and visual effect. Use large ice cubes to slow dilution. Pour sparkling lemonade slowly to keep bubbles.
